Job Summary:

Pethealth Services Inc. is seeking a Membership Sales Representative who will report to the Supervisor, Membership Sales. The Membership Sales representative has a primary focus on selling our pet recovery memberships and other products to pet parents calling in to the contact center.
 

Job Location: Remote- Canada

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Manages inbound communications from prospective customer and pet parents regarding products and services.
  • Participates in various outbound campaigns targeting warm leaders.
  • Responsible for selling, upselling, and cross-selling services and products.
  • Responsible for partnering with training on employee onboarding strategies.
  • Identifies trends from inbound communications that can be escalated to a senior or a manager/supervisor.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • This position offers a competitive annual salary, along with uncapped monthly commissions and an annual performance-based bonus

Basic Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years’ relevant work experience in a sales focused role

Expected Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time position: Days and hours to be determined by needs of business.  Hours to be determined between employee and director
