Key Responsibilities

  • Represent iFinance at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.
  • Analyze and share key business performance metrics with partners.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets while ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful client onboarding and retention.

  • A supportive, collaborative team culture that values innovation and initiative.
  • Competitive base salary + performance-based commission.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid extended health care.
  • RRSP matching program.
  • Hybrid work environment—flexibility to work from home and on the field.
  • Opportunity to join a growing organization with a national footprint and strong market presence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and close B2B opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to various stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in consumer finance, fintech, or credit-related services is a strong asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
