Your role as Medical Specialist (Medical Second Opinion):

Dialogue is launching its innovative Medical Second Opinion (MSO) program, which provides members and their dependents with the opportunity to obtain a second opinion from a medical specialist regarding an initial diagnosis and treatment plan. Dialogue is seeking Canadian Medical Specialists to join this program and help reshape the way second opinions are delivered.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Reviewing complex cases asynchronously and providing expert second opinions
  • Delivering high-quality medical assessments and recommendations through detailed, written reports, with no direct contact with patients
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • Specialized expertise in your medical field
  • Appropriate professional liability insurance
  • Licensure to practice medicine in Canada and good standing with your respective provincial college of physicians
What we can offer:
  • Competitive compensation: Attractive per-consult rates
  • Innovative technology: Effortlessly access cases, write reports, view medical imaging, and provide second opinions through a user-friendly platform
  • Asynchronous engagement: Focus exclusively on reviewing cases and preparing second opinions while leaving the administrative back-and-forth with the patient to Dialogue’s care team
  • Meaningful impact: We’re focused on driving healthcare transformation right here at home. Join a network of Canadian specialists reshaping how second opinions are delivered, providing care that reflects the unique realities of our healthcare system.
