Job Description

Mechanical and Electrical design for automated equipment, such as electrical panels, PLCs, robots and conveyors.  Develop 3D and 2D mechanical modeling and drawings.  Develop PLC logic using electrical prints and sequence of operations.  Discuss projects with customers, controls and project managers.  Paint shop experience using PaintPro simulation software.

Qualifications

Must have a B.Sc engineering diploma, preferably in mechatronics, related experience.

Required experience:

•   AutoCAD and/or EPlan Electrical and SolidWorks Mechanical (2D and 3D)
•   Software and/or hardware design
•   ControlLogix and/or Siemens S7 PLCs, Robot programming (Fanuc, Kawsaki, etc.)
•   FactoryTalk ME and/or Win CC HMIs, DEVC++, Metlab
•   Electrical troubleshooting
