Position Summary

Join IPG Mediabrands Content Studio as a Video Editor/Producer (Post-Production) and play a pivotal role in crafting captivating visual campaigns for famous brands across a wide range of current and emerging platforms.

Your expertise in video will be instrumental in bringing concepts to life, enhancing storytelling through seamless editing, motion graphics, and visual effects. Collaborate with our creative team to produce engaging content, utilizing Adobe Premiere, After Effects and a wide array of technical tools. You will also embrace production tools powered by AI, helping drive forward our innovation strategy in the production space. In this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, your attention to detail and ability to manage technical projects efficiently will be key. You will leverage our global network of content capabilities to push boundaries and explore new formats, aligning with audience preferences both nationally and globally. We are looking for an individual who can jump-in and immediately create impact for our team, helping elevating our video capabilities overall and contribute to fostering and training existing production team members

Key Responsibilities

  • Working both on and off-site to capture video content as well as facilitating footage storage, editing and file rendering.
  • Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording from start to finish.
  • Editing content across all digital and social platforms
  • Utilize Adobe Premiere and After Effects to edit and enhance video content, ensuring seamless storytelling, sound, and visual appeal. 
  • Collaborate with creative team to develop creative solutions, integrating advanced motion graphics and visual effects, such as compositing, into video projects. 
  • Continually innovate using AI production tools.
  • Capture studio-quality photographs and video. 
  • Lead in on-set video capture set-up and equipment requirements. 
  • Manage design files effectively, including file sharing, backup, and storage, to maintain organization and accessibility to all team members.
  • Contribute to the ideation and execution of video projects, aligning with brand objectives and audience preferences. 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Expert in Adobe Premiere for video editing, with a strong understanding of post-production techniques. 
  • Expert in motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects to enhance visual storytelling. 
  • Extensive portfolio of compelling and engaging video content  
  • Ample experience on-set, leading in and advising on, video content capture. 
  • Expert knowledge and deep experience in enhancing storytelling through video across both pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Expert knowledge in sound design
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage design files efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. 
  • Familiarity with design file management and file sharing tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and project requirements while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in film production, digital media, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in video production with portfolio featuring major brands
