Hands-on Maximo configuration experience, including direct work in Organization, site setup, Application Designer, Database Configuration, Security Groups and related configuration of Maximo.
Successfully delivered a minimum of 3 full-cycle Maximo implementations as Maximo application consultant (not end user or super user or project manager)
Proven experience configuring end-to-end Work Management in Maximo, including:
- SR to WO lifecycle
- Job Plans, PMs, and Work Types
- Planning, scheduling, execution, and completion
- Vendor/contractor work and follow-on work
Deep experience with Maximo data model and setup, including:
- Assets, Locations, Classifications, Meters
- PM hierarchies and job plan structures
Hands-on data migration experience:
- Legacy EAM to Maximo mapping (Assets, Locations, PMs, WOs)
- Data validation, reconciliation, and load cycle support
- Ability to identify data vs configuration defects
