Join our team and what we’ll accomplish together

As an MDM Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing our enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) ecosystem on Informatica IDMC (SaaS). You’ll help design, implement, and optimize master data solutions that drive trusted insights across marketing, finance, and executive analytics domains.

You’ll work in a supportive, cross-functional agile team, collaborating closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. Your work will focus on building scalable, secure, and cloud-native data capabilities — leveraging Informatica IDMC, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and modern data integration tools.

Our stack includes Informatica IDMC (MDM SaaS, Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Data Quality), Apache NiFi, and GCP-native technologies such as Dataflow, Composer, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and Datastream. We also design and test data APIs using Node.js, Postman, and OpenAPI standards.

Here’s how

  • Develop, configure, and support MDM solutions on Informatica IDMC SaaS, including Customer 360, Business Entities, match/merge logic, and trust frameworks.
  • Design, test, deploy, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines supporting real-time and batch integrations.
  • Conduct data profiling, analysis, and quality rule development to ensure integrity and accuracy of master data.
  • Collaborate with data consumers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Prototype and iterate on data integration patterns leveraging APIs, event streams, and cloud orchestration tools.
  • Continuously improve system performance, automate manual processes, and evolve MDM practices through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Stay current with the latest MDM SaaS, API management, and data governance trends to enhance the platform’s capabilities.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting enterprise data platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Informatica IDMC (Informatica Cloud MDM / Multi-Domain SaaS Edition) or equivalent modern MDM SaaS platform.
  • Experience configuring data models, match and merge rules, trust/validation settings, and Business Entity Services within IDMC.
  • Familiarity with data quality management and data governance integration using IDMC Cloud Data Quality or Axon-type tools.
  • Solid SQL skills with hands-on experience across relational and cloud-based databases.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and data warehouse architectures (preferably GCP, BigQuery, Dataplex, Pub/Sub, Datastream).
  • Practical experience with ETL and data orchestration tools, e.g. NiFi, Informatica CDI, or IICS.
  • Exposure to API development and integration frameworks (Node.js, REST, JSON, Postman).
  • Experience working with event or message queues (Pub/Sub, Kafka, JMS).
  • A passion for data accuracy, automation, and continuous improvement.

Great-to-haves

  • Certification or advanced proficiency with Informatica IDMC / Cloud Customer 360.
  • Experience applying DevOps and DataOps practices (CI/CD, Terraform, Git).
  • Working knowledge of Python for scripting and process automation.
  • Familiarity with TMF (TeleManagement Forum) standards and reference models.
  • Experience with metadata management and data lineage tracking in a governed enterprise data ecosystem.
