In this role you will:
- Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of product master data to ensure quality, integrity and standardization of master data across the organization in a timely manner (working with PIM/Storis/Oracle and other systems)
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams internally (including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, E-commerce, technology) as well as external stakeholders (suppliers) to utilize processes and workflows to build a strong data foundation for the organization and to troubleshoot any system related issues impacting Mater Data in any of the system
- Focus on creating and updating master data records in the appropriate systems along the organizational eco-system (PIM, legacy ERP, various Oracle modules) in compliance with business policies, documented procedures and data quality requirements
- Engage in supporting various aspects of the Master Data team’s operations including master data request process improvements, process documentation, data incident management and data quality monitoring including manual audit
- Maintain pricing and promotions for the item master data to ensure it is reflected correctly in all the systems on the defined timeframe as negotiated by the Merchandising team with vendors
- Provide analysis and reports to the Supply Chain Leadership and other cross-functional teams related to product, inventory, sales data to support day to day business (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:
- College or University Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline would be an asset
- 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain would be a definite asset
- Must have excellent analytical skills and experience creating and generating various reports
- Strong communication (oral/written), interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills and ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to details, confidentiality, thoroughness, and decision making skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Proficient in MS Excel

Additional Information:
This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
