About Marble

Marble is the authorization layer for protected information. The world's most valuable data, from health records to insurance, identity, and legal information, can't be scraped, bought, or moved. It's regulated, it demands consent, and it stays locked behind portals, paper, and legacy systems. Marble is the infrastructure that lets businesses, institutions, and individuals securely access, permission, and use that data, turning trapped records into the compliant, structured information behind high-stakes decisions.

We're hiring a Marketing Strategist to turn marketing strategy into consistently shipped campaigns, content, and sales enablement across our two brands, SettLiT and Medchart. Reporting to our Director of Marketing, you'll be the execution engine of a lean, AI-forward marketing team - a true generalist role, breadth over depth, spanning two brand voices and two markets (US legal; Canadian legal, insurance, and healthcare). You'll own the day-to-day so strategy actually ships.

What you'll do

    • Ship consistent, on-brand campaigns, content, email, and social across SettLiT and Medchart on a predictable calendar.

    • Stand up and run Medchart's marketing motion — email and nurture, content, and web — and build its traffic and lead baseline from the ground up.

    • Deliver sales enablement for both go-to-market teams on time: one-pagers, case studies, sequences, and decks.

    • Build marketing reporting across the portfolio — a live dashboard covering both brands plus a monthly readout with a clear point of view.

    • Own both brand websites (Webflow), taking them from static to continuously improved, with measurable conversion and organic-traffic gains.

    • Own execution end to end, freeing the Director of Marketing to focus on strategy.

What you bring

    • A strong generalist marketing track record — you've run campaigns, content, email, social, and web, not just one channel.

    • The ability to flex convincingly across two brand voices and two markets.

    • Hands-on fluency with a modern toolkit — think HubSpot or similar automation, Webflow, Figma, Adobe — and real comfort using AI tools as a force multiplier.

    • Sharp writing and editing; your work ships polished.

    • A self-directed operator's rhythm — you hold a calendar, hit it, and communicate clearly when priorities collide.

Bonus points if you have

    • B2B SaaS marketing experience, especially in legal, health, insurance, or another regulated space.

    • Experience running paid media in-house (e.g., Meta) or managing agencies and contractors.

Why join

You'll work on a problem AI can't solve without us: the hardest, most valuable data in the economy is inaccessible by design, and we're building the rails that make it usable. It's a small team with real revenue and real customers, so you'll market products that genuinely work, see your impact directly, and help shape how we grow.

Where you'll work

This role is remote within Canada.

Note: Successful candidates will be asked to undergo a background check.

Marble is proud to be a diverse and equal opportunity employer and as such does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, national origins, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws. Selection decisions are solely based on job-related factors.

Please note, you will be asked to complete the Plum Discovery Survey, a behavioural assessment provided by our partner, Plum, after submitting your application. After completing the assessment, you will receive your personalized Plum Profile that reveals your Plum Talents, so you can gain a greater understanding of your natural strengths and what makes you, you! You will be provided with a link to complete this survey once you have submitted your application.

Existing Vacancy Disclosure: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
