We are seeking for a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to execute marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, support the development of channel marketing programs, manage marketing events, and contribute to our SEO and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for driving results through data-driven marketing strategies, proven experience in event management, and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.

The position reports to the Director of Marketing.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Execute and analyze marketing campaigns, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support Marketing Managers in developing and implementing effective channel marketing programs.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Sales to create and deliver integrated marketing and sales programs.
  • Design compelling promotions and meticulously track campaign performance to ensure ROI.
  • Develop proficiency in providing business insights through data analysis of marketing activities, including SEO and social media performance.
  • Initiate, design, and execute comprehensive marketing events, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful results.
  • Evaluate sales incentive reports and develop innovative promotion proposals to maximize sales.
  • Supporting Marketing Director in various projects as required

Qualifications

The ideal Marketing Specialist will also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or business related fields
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Have experience in executing successful marketplace sales campaigns and social media marketing
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and e-commerce
  • Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical and numerous data
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to show excel project portfolio (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to collaborate and drive enthusiasm at every level
  • Ability to multitask and deliver projects by deadlines
  • Excellent attention to details and well organized
  • Understanding of the channel distribution market is a plus
  • Understanding of the computer hardware business is a plus
