As a Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives across various industries, including technology, healthcare, and consumer goods. Working at Nimble Gravity, you will have the opportunity to shape brand narratives, create compelling content, and drive campaigns that resonate with target audiences. The right candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to craft data-driven strategies, optimize multi-channel marketing efforts, and contribute to the overall growth and visibility of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below represent the required knowledge, skill, and/or ability.

  • Experience leading and executing marketing strategies, with a demonstrated ability to manage processes and projects, oversee and ensure the quality and strategic alignment of deliverables and graphic assets.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives to generate demand, convert leads, and retain customers.
  • Develop strategies and tactics that engage audiences at all stages of the marketing funnel: TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU.
  • Ensure that messages from the Marketing department are aligned and consistent with the brand’s strategy and values, strengthening its identity and ensuring effective communication with the market.
  • Analyze key metrics to measure the impact of strategies and optimize results.
  • Identify market trends and propose innovative initiatives to position the company as a leader in its sector.
  • Content creation for multiple channels, including the ability to develop strategic copywriting and adapt it to different formats. This includes setting up and managing landing pages in tools such as HubSpot, transforming scripts into effective videos, designing simple graphic materials like banners for blogs and social media (LinkedIn), and maintaining a proactive and versatile attitude to meet various content needs.
  • Build strategic relationships and collaborate with key industry stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience leading marketing campaigns: at least 5 years executing marketing strategies in technology or innovation companies.
  • Exceptional communication skills: ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Academic background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Technical knowledge: proficiency in marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.), KPI analysis (Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Leadership: experience managing multidisciplinary teams, fostering creativity, and achieving objectives.
  • Digital strategy: experience in creating results-oriented digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing).
  • Languages: Advanced English B2-C1 (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
