Job Summary:

Altus Group is looking for a collaborative, self-starter to join our Americas Field Marketing Team, focused on creating and delivering exceptional in-person and digital event experiences. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and line of business stakeholders to support the planning, promotion and execution of tradeshows, conference sponsorships, roundtables/seminars, networking events and webinars that enhance brand presence, foster customer engagement, and support lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed event and webinar project plans, timelines, and budgets

  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, permits, and contracts

  • Plan and oversee the design, layout, and theme of events to align with organizational objectives

  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling event marketing materials, including invitations, presentations, and signage

  • Support on-site staff with lead retrieval systems and devices, clean and enrich lead lists post- event

  • Support GTM team with pre-meeting bookings management and post-event lead management activities

  • Plan and execute pre and post-event and webinar marketing communication plans

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, event producers/organizations, and key stakeholders

  • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown

  • Set up and operate webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WebEx), optimize attendee experience and engagement, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless live sessions

  • Track webinar and event performance metrics (e.g., attendance rates, engagement levels, and feedback) and create post-event reports with actionable insights

  • Identify potential risks and create contingency plans to mitigate them

Key Requirements:

  • +4 years of B2B marketing experience in Commercial Real Estate, Professional Services, Financial Services, or multi-product SaaS organizations

  • Proven experience managing a variety of event types with demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility and initiative

  • Ability to travel within North America approximately once per quarter

  • Experience with marketing & sales platforms including CRM (Salesforce) Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Webinar platforms (Go-to-Webinar, Cvent), and project management platforms (Excel, Asana, Clickup, etc…)
