Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact.
At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.
So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
The GTM Campaigns team is the connective tissue across Marketing and our cross-functional teams. They own orchestration of integrated initiatives end-to-end - from strategy and brief through execution, measurement, and retros - so every campaign, launch, and event is on time, delivered with excellence, and ties to business impact. They are co-drivers with stakeholders to build the strategic plan and operating rhythm, then use data to steer decisions and accountability. This is program and project management with campaign thinking - owning the “how” and helping shape the “what” to deliver business impact.
As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll bring that mandate to life across three focus areas: (1) Creative Operations Support—owning Asana workflows and day-to-day production rhythms for the Brand/Creative team; (2) Web Project Management—driving an orderly, high-velocity flow from request to release, ensuring only “ready” work reaches development; and (3) Strategic Program Support in Asana—providing hands-on Asana setup and PM support for strategic, high-visibility projects.
Primary responsibilities:Creative Operations SupportScope & brief work. Partner with requesters and the Creative Director to clarify objectives, audiences, deliverables, and acceptance criteria; turn inputs into clear, concise briefs.

Improve the operating rhythm. Proactively introduce SLAs, better intake forms, standardized brief templates, review/QA checklists, and lightweight retros that feed continuous improvement.
Gatekeeping & Vetting: Filter requests, confirm approvals, and enforce a clear Definition of Ready. Verify briefs/content (copy, assets, component mapping) before dev handoff.
Work Management & Triage: Orchestrate the management of work and tickets between Asana ↔ GitLab ↔ BugHerd and support Director, Demand Generation with prioritization and resource planning.
Process & Stakeholder Management: Run priorities/timelines/status; surface risks and chase missing inputs (content, dates, approvals).
