We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager/ Growth Marketing Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Analyse markets, competitors, and traffic sources to identify opportunities for new funnels, creatives, and growth experiments
  • Translate insights into actionable hypotheses and prioritize tests with clear success metrics
  • Launch and manage cross-functional projects that validate new funnels or optimize existing ones for ROAS and conversion
  • Collaborate with brand, performance, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate research, reporting, and creative production
  • Develop dashboards and frameworks for tracking funnel performance and test outcomes
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks, propose structural process improvements, and drive execution to deadlines
  • Prepare regular reports and growth playbooks summarizing market findings, test learnings, and next steps

We expect from you:

  • 3+ years of experience managing growth or marketing projects in digital products
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition and retention funnels — Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, and Brand campaigns
  • Experience designing or managing A/B tests and growth experiments
  • Confident with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Similar Web, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Library etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with project management systems (Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar)
  • Proven record of integrating AI/automation (e.g. ChatGPT, AI Agents, n8n, Replicate, Fal.ai, custom GPTs) into workflow
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and reporting skills — able to synthesize complex inputs into clear business decisions
  • Ownership mindset: proactive, structured, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;
  • Vacation 28 calendar days per year;

  • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
