Campaign Operations:

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to build and execute campaigns with accurate tracking and data integration across tools.
  • Create and maintain lead scoring models, optimizing lead routing processes to support sales pipeline generation.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Own the creation of dashboards and reporting on marketing activity metrics, campaign performance, and lead conversion rates.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaigns and increase ROMI.

  • As the go-to expert, train cross-functional teams on marketing automation tools, best practices, and platform capabilities to support organizational goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on Marketing operational processes and how our ecosystem of tools supports, enables and automates go-to-market needs.
