We’re searching for a Toronto-based Marketing Operations Manager, Enablement to join our Marketing Centre of Excellence (COE), so that we can establish scalable, high‑quality marketing processes and training across our global organisation. The Marketing Operations Manager, Enablement will own our marketing knowledge base, formalise core processes, and deliver training across a global team, enabling consistent, high‑quality execution and supporting our ability to scale. 

 

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Designing global marketing processes (e.g., campaign intake, SOPs, workflows) to drive consistency and prevent operational gaps across regions. 
  • Building and maintaining the global marketing knowledge base in order to create a single source of truth for all processes, documentation and definitions.
  • Delivering training, onboarding sessions, and enablement programmes to ensure ~100 global marketers understand and adopt best practices.
  • Partnering with our Project Manager and Ops teams to improve Asana workflows, campaign intake, and cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Documenting frameworks, playbooks, and technical hand‑offs so our distributed Ops teams can replicate and scale programmes internationally. 

 

 What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Significant experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, Sales Enablement, or Sales/Commercial Ops, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. 
  • Proven success in designing, documenting, and rolling out processes that improved operational effectiveness. 
  • In‑depth knowledge of training, enablement, and systems thinking, with comfort engaging stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Ability to commute to the Toronto GTA office for periodic in‑person team days or planning sessions.
  • A sincere interest in operational excellence, process design, and enabling others to work efficiently and consistently.
  • A knack for working collaboratively across global teams, while being able to operate independently in a fast‑moving environment.
