We’re searching for a Toronto-based Marketing Operations Manager, Campaigns to join our Marketing Centre of Excellence (COE), enabling us to deliver high‑quality, data‑driven marketing campaigns for the North American (NAM) region.
The Marketing Operations Manager, Campaigns will execute, optimize, and operationalize marketing campaigns, ensuring precision, scalability, and the operational excellence needed to support pipeline and bookings growth.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Executing end‑to‑end campaign operations (email, webinars, workflows, segmentation) to support North American marketing initiatives.
- Building campaign assets in HubSpot in order to support pipeline generation and regional growth targets.
- Managing data, lists, and segmentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and targeted outreach.
- Leveraging tools like Clay for data enrichment to enable more contextual, personalized growth marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with marketers and regional stakeholders to refine briefs, challenge assumptions, and guide more effective campaign strategies.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- Meaningful experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Execution, ideally within a B2B SaaS organization.
- Proven success in building and launching marketing campaigns, particularly email and webinar programmes.
- In‑depth knowledge of HubSpot (or other major MAPs), segmentation, campaign QA, and data‑driven marketing.
- Experience with growth marketing or data enrichment tools such as Clay is highly beneficial.
- Ability to commute to the Toronto office for occasional team days or planned collaboration sessions.
- A sincere interest in campaign optimisation, data accuracy, and elevating operational excellence.
- A knack for working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams while confidently offering strategic input and constructive challenge.
