General Summary

Likewize is searching for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position represents an existing vacancy within our organization.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your creativity and operational know-how to our Toronto office to keep our brand elevated and our business running smoothly. From supporting marketing initiatives to overseeing office operations, you’ll be a go-to partner across various business areas of our Toronto team. Key Responsibilities

Operations Support (50%)

  • Perform set up, management and data entry for SKU’s, pricing, promotions, box orders, promotions, phone unlock, locations, etc.

  • Resolve and manage ongoing / constant system issues such as outages, defects, and customer performance.

  • Manage all follow-up communications with global IT teams regarding any issues or errors.

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, which include gathering relevant information to aid in problem-solving, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing timely updates to customers with solutions.

  • Assist in creating process flow documentation for special projects relating to upgrading processes and reporting.

  • Assist with customers reporting.

Marketing Operations (40%)

  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.

  • Work with creative, sales and product teams to support the development of marketing materials for campaigns, partners, and events.

  • Provide light copy edits and help simplify messaging in decks and client-facing materials.

  • Assist in creating marketing materials that follow Likewize brand guidelines and visual standards.

  • Support the Canada sales team in planning and coordinating customer events.

Office Operations & Administration (10%)

  • Lead office administration for Canadian head office by performing all necessary office administrative duties.

  • Own the relationship with building management. Manage Board Room needs, parking, and any concerns regarding the facility.

  • Oversee all cheque-related processes for the Device Protection team as needed, including preparation, mailing, and bank deposits.

  • Assist HR in various aspects including preparing new hire packets, obtaining new hire equipment/passes, and planning employee engagement events.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business or Administration

  • Proven experience in operations and administration

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook; basic competence with remainder of MS Office suite

  • Proficiency in AI with the ability to use AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid analytic, problem solving and critical thinking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

  • Candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle to perform errands and occasional off-site tasks or customer meetings/activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Copywriting or editing skills

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams

  • Experience working in the wireless industry

Compensation

We are offering a salary range of $60,000 - $62,500 CAD for this position.
