Dew Software is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. As a leader in digital transformation, we work with Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services and solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
  • Manage the company's website and optimize its content and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners to expand brand reach.
  • Organize and coordinate industry events, including trade shows and conferences.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Highly creative and innovative mindset.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.
