Broadridge is Growing! Join Broadridge Advisor Solutions (BAS) as a Marketing Manager on a 6-months contract, where you’ll play a central role in delivering impactful campaigns and supporting our continued success. Broadridge Advisor Solutions provides financial advisors and wealth management firms with innovative marketing solutions, helping them connect with clients, grow their business, and strengthen their brand.
 

In this role, you will join the BAS Marketing team and play a key part in bringing new advisor marketing solutions and add-ons to market. You will help plan and manage high-impact marketing campaigns that build awareness, drive demand, and support client retention.
This role works cross-departmentally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to help support the adoption and retention of key BAS solutions. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling marketing messaging to help promote and positon key offerings in market and resonates with our target buyer personas
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to enhance online visibility and engagement of Broadridge Advisor Solutions 
  • Work closely with client service, sales, product and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and market needs 
  • Regularly report on marketing performance metrics and insights to key stakeholders 
  • Work with marketing team, vendors and internal stakeholders to plan, optimize and manage ad campaigns designed to promote key offerings (across paid media, social)
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and create awareness of key initiatives (e.g., webinars, product launches)
  • Support the promotion of webinars and conferences, including pre-event inivitations and post-event follow-ups
  • Build and maintain landing pages to support campaigns and optimize conversion rates and efficacy of promotional campaigns.
  • Keep key social media channels consistently updated with relevant and engaging content that educates, empowers and promotes.
  • Collaborate with marketing team and business stakeholders to ideate and plan new campaigns
  • Use key martech solutions to manage marketing campaigns, CRM data, marketing emails, workflows and other marketing assets.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment
     
Qualifications and Skills
  • University/college degree in business or marketing-related field (PR, Advertising, Marketing)  
  • 3+ years of marketing experience considered an asset 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively stakeholders 
  • Experience working with marketing and design tools (e.g., Hubspot, MailChimp, Wix etc.) 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns

Hourly range CAD 30-35/hr
