About the role:

As Marketing Manager for Canada, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and business growth for the market. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

What you'll do:
  • Lead all regional marketing activities for the Canadian market; responsible for delivering on CAN marketing KPIs.

  • Proactively identify and execute regional marketing opportunities including partnerships, events and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen Vistar’s brand presence and drive measurable business impact.

  • Serve as the main liaison between corporate marketing team and regional operational teams (demand sales, client services, supply, etc.) to define & execute regional-specific marketing priorities.

  • Define and implement cross-channel marketing campaigns to support business and marketing objectives; develop supporting assets for various channels including email, website, paid advertising and social media.

  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive growth among top clients and target accounts, supporting revenue and retention goals.

  • Work with regional leadership & sales to develop positioning that matches market conditions and client priorities.

  • Build and maintain all collateral and content for CAN-specific marketing initiatives, including pitch decks, vertical support, education materials, case studies, blog posts and more.

  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities.

What experience we're looking for:
  • 5+ years marketing experience working in media, advertising or ad tech.

  • Skilled at building strong cross-functional relationships, particularly with commercial and sales teams

  • Robust experience producing an array of marketing materials, including content, copy, sales enablement collateral and creative assets.

  • Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.

  • Impressive verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of a company.

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with campaign performance analysis.
