We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager Americas to lead marketing initiatives across LATAM, the USA, and Canada. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, partner engagement, and adoption of LANGUAGECERT qualifications. You will be the strategic driver of both B2B and B2C webinars, promoting thought leadership among partner universities while providing platforms for institutions to showcase their programs to prospective students.


As a Marketing Manager Americas, your tasks will include the following:

  •      Marketing Strategy Execution: Implement, monitor, and report on regional marketing plans, ensuring alignment with LANGUAGECERT's global strategy and objectives.
  •      Webinar Leadership: Design and execute B2B webinars to strengthen university partnerships and B2C webinars showcasing university programs to students.
  •     Content Development & Localization: Create and adapt compelling marketing content tailored to the Americas market, considering cultural and linguistic nuances across LATAM, USA, and Canada.
  •     Digital Campaign Management: Manage and optimize digital campaigns to drive measurable engagement, registrations, and conversions.
  •     Social media & PR: Oversee regional social media accounts and PR initiatives to maximize brand visibility and credibility.
  •    Event Management: Plan and execute online and offline events that drive engagement and promote LANGUAGECERT qualifications.
  •    Marketing Collateral: Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand identity while appealing to regional preferences.
  •     Market Research & Insights: Analyze trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to provide actionable insights and inform strategies.
  •     Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams to align marketing activities and campaigns.

What We Look For:

  •     Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  •     Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing, preferably in education, certifications, or language qualifications.
  •     Demonstrated success running webinars, digital campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives across multiple markets.
  •     Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills for LATAM markets a plus.
  •     Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and campaign analytics.
  •     Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; metrics-driven with a creative mindset.
  •     Self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  •    Attention to detail with a proactive approach to driving results.

Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

  •      If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
  •     A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  •     Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  •     HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist     Check (CTC)
  •     Financial background check
  •     Employment reference check

If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK. In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
