About the Company

We are a fast-growing online gaming operator running a crypto-first international casino targeting high-growth markets across Latin America and Southeast Asia. Our platform is built for speed, performance, and a player-first experience. We operate with a lean, entrepreneurial team and a bias toward action.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to own the full marketing function for our international brand. You will report directly to the CEO and have the assistance of the product & design team as well as an experienced team member to work directly on initiatives. This is a builder role, you will set strategy, scale channels, manage vendors, and grow the team over time. You and your team will work hands-on across channels to expand our reach for existing customers and new acquisitions via paid media campaigns, affiliate development, and email/social engagement to expand our reach.

The ideal candidate understands how to operate in international grey-market environments (bonus if in iGaming) with the skill to identify and target compatible, high-LTV audiences (both fiat and crypto-native players), rather than optimizing for volume alone. You're data-driven, scrappy when needed, and know how to turn that targeting precision into performance at scale.

What You’ll Own

Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute the go-to-market funnel strategy across key starting point markets ( LatAm & Southeast Asia) and further markets that will expand over time
  • Build and own the acquisition funnel end-to-end: digital paid media, affiliate, organic, and influencers
  • Set KPIs & OKRs, manage budgets, and report performance directly to the CEO
  • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities as we scale

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead the existing experienced team member
  • Manage and evaluate external agencies, affiliate networks, and media partners
  • Own the vendor roadmap: identify gaps, evaluate new partners, and negotiate contracts

Performance Marketing

  • Oversee advertising content across paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok etc), programmatic (context-sensitive), and emerging channels relevant to our markets
  • Ensure attribution is accurate and that spend decisions are grounded in real performance data
  • Direct affiliate program growth: commission payment structures, partner recruitment, and compliance

CRM & Retention

  • Guide retention strategy: lifecycle campaigns, welcome flows, reactivation, and VIP
  • Work with internal tools (e.g. Klaviyo or equivalent) and ensure CRM integrations support the player base

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with some iGaming or online gambling
  • Proven track record in international markets, particularly LatAm and/or Southeast Asia
  • Hands-on experience operating in grey-market or lightly regulated environments
  • Experience managing performance marketing budgets of $100K+ monthly
  • Confident running advertising content across paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok etc)
  • Strong analytical mindset that can make decisions from data on top of your instinct
  • Comfortable in a lean team: strategic and executional in the same week

Nice to Have

  • Knowledgeable with crypto-first products and crypto-native audiences
  • Experience with platforms such as Affilka, Voluum, Adform, or similar
  • Experience growing a marketing function from early-stage

What to Expect

This is a high-ownership role at a company that moves fast. You will have real influence on strategy and direction, and direct access to the CEO. We are building something that works internationally from day one, that means ambiguity is part of the job, and we need someone who thrives in it.
