7-Eleven Canada is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house Creative Services team and play a key role in transforming how our brand shows up—on shelf, on screen, and everywhere in between.

Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, you’ll be the hands-on creative responsible for transforming briefs into eye-catching, on-brand design across print, digital, in-store communications, campaigns, packaging, and content, that are culturally-relevant and engage with multiple audiences including Gen Z & Alpha. You’ll collaborate closely with team members across Marketing—including Brand, Store Experience, Digital, e-Commerce, Social, Loyalty, and Integrated Marketing—as well as cross-functional teams throughout the organization to deliver creative that is both strategically grounded, visually compelling, and drives emotional connection with our audiences in a fun and engaging way

Responsibilities:

  • Create on-brand graphic art, visual elements and deliver polished assets for print, digital, in-store, and social channels.

  • Design a wide range of marketing materials and content that drive conversion and retail sales growth. Elements include in-store signage, product packaging, merchandising displays, direct mail, e-mail, brochures, digital ads, app & web assets, social media, web & app content, and motion/ video graphics.

  • Inject elements of Fun and highly engaging content into brand communications

  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Store Experience, Digital, E-Commerce, Social Media, Loyalty, and Integrated Marketing teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life across all customer touchpoints.

  • Support packaging and in-store program rollouts by adapting creative to multiple SKUs, formats, and regional needs.

  • Contribute to ongoing brand evolution by helping refine templates, visual systems, iconography, typography, and layout frameworks.

  • Organize, update, and maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) library, ensuring assets are filed correctly and easily accessible.

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Consult with internal teams to understand project goals, gather requirements, provide creative recommendations, and ensure solutions are strategically aligned.

  • Support photoshoots, image sourcing, retouching, and adaptation of photography and visual content as needed.

  • Ensure all creative aligns with 7-Eleven brand standards, maintaining consistency while pushing innovation within established guidelines.

  • Participate in creative reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve the quality of work across the team.

  • Stay current on technologies, design trends, retail marketing best practices, and competitive landscape to continually raise the bar on creative output.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum 4 years of professional design experience, ideally within a retail/QSR consumer packaged goods (CPG), or agency environment.

  • Excels at taking a creative vision and translating that into reality with solid creative execution

  • Passion and experience in curating creative designs that create an emotional connection with audiences

  • Strong understanding and experience with typography, colour, layout, and composition

  • Knowledge of pre-production process.

  • Proven ability to produce accurate production and/or traffic ready art files for print and digital, ensuring correct specs, file setup, accessibility considerations, and quality control.

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise and skills across print and digital media, with an emphasis on in-store signage and digital ads.

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere.

  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing an asset

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines and ability to work in a fast-paced evolving retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present design rationale clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and contribute to a team-first creative culture.

  • Experience adapting creative across multiple channels (store, digital, social, email, packaging, campaign assets).

  • Ability to work with external agency partners to translate concepts into owned-channel formats.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront (or similar) is an asset.

  • Familiarity with digital asset management tools (DAM)

Salary Range: $61,381 - $75,026 CAD annually

Pay: $29.51 - $36.07 Hourly
