Your role as a Marketing Events Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator, to support the planning and execution of high-quality events across Canada. Your mandate will be to support the delivery of meaningful events and experiences that engage clients, partners, prospects, and employees, contributing directly to Dialogue’s brand and business goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Event coordination and execution
    • Contribute to and own the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events to develop and nurture relationships with prospects, clients and partners..
    • Create and scale processes, frameworks, and templates for turn-key events
    • Assist and own event logistics such as venue research, catering, AV setup, branding and decor, registration, and on-site staffing, etc.
    • Coordinate guest lists, registration systems, and attendee communications.
    • Support collaboration with external agencies.
    • Support vendor management including quotes, scheduling, contracts, and general coordination.
    • Collaborate with members of the marketing team on promotional activities such as event email campaigns, landing pages, and social media coordination.
    • Assist with on-site event execution (setup, signage, attendee support, vendor liaison, teardown).
    • Collect and organize feedback, survey responses, and performance metrics for post-event reports.
  • Project and operational support
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for expertly executed events, leveraging event briefs, rehearsals and dry-runs.
    • Collaborate to maintain an updated calendar of upcoming events and deadlines.
    • Use event tools and platforms (Eventbrite, Zoom, HubSpot, Asana, etc.).
    • Maintain inventory of event supplies, signage, and promotional items.
    • Contribute ideas for improving event processes, attendee experience, and brand impact.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, or a related field.
  • Creativity, problem-solving, and a passion for delivering strong customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting events is a strong asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency is required for this role).
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR, and executives.
  • Proficiency with event and marketing tools (e.g., Eventbrite, HubSpot, Zoom, Asana) is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for event support.
  • Strong written skills and full proficiency in French (nice-to-have)
