We attribute our success to our team, who has helped us achieve numerous noteworthy awards including: LinkedIn's Top 10 Startups, Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50, Globe & Mail's Top Growing Companies in Canada, North America’s Inspiring Workplaces, and Glory Professional’s The Power 50: Canada’s Most Impactful Companies.

THE POSITION

As Marketing Enablement Manager, you will own the day-to-day execution and coordination of marketing initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and with impact. From creating and maintaining workflows, managing intake processes, and tracking campaign progress, to coordinating cross-functional approvals and documenting best practices, you’ll play a critical role in keeping marketing operations running smoothly.

As part of the Marketing Enablement team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects organized, identify blockers early, and ensure all teams have the tools and information they need to succeed. You’ll develop templates, checklists, and dashboards to streamline marketing execution, while also collecting feedback and data to improve processes over time.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Optimize campaign workflows and execution: develop and manage workflows, processes, and frameworks to ensure seamless campaign execution across all channels. Identify inefficiencies in marketing operations and implement process improvements to enhance speed, collaboration, and effectiveness. Develop and maintain a consolidated view of marketing team capacity and output.
  • Enable seamless cross-functional execution: act as a central point of contact for enablement, gathering project requirements, identifying resources required, and working with cross-functional partners to drive business results. Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring timelines, objectives, and deliverables are met with efficiency.
  • Expand marketing’s external influence: deepen integration with external partners by developing co-marketing and enablement materials. Work with cross-functional partners to identify and capture opportunities to deepen Maple’s relationship with key partners.
  • Empower teams with the right tools & resources: equip stakeholders with the tools and workflows needed to deliver campaigns efficiently and effectively. Act as a marketing operations champion, ensuring teams have the right enablement frameworks to drive performance.

  • 12-18 MONTH DELIVERABLES

In your first 90 days, you will conduct a full audit of existing marketing processes, workflows, and tools, identifying gaps and friction points that slow down campaign execution. You’ll establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams, ensuring there is clear alignment on roles, responsibilities, and expectations. During this time, you’ll also create a roadmap for process improvements and begin rolling out immediate changes to improve visibility, collaboration, and speed to market.

Over the next 12 to 18 months, you will lead the implementation of scalable, standardized enablement processes that improve how marketing initiatives are planned, tracked, and executed. You’ll introduce new techniques to ensure marketing activities run smoothly from intake to execution. You will also play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of high-priority campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet timelines and business objectives. Throughout, you will monitor and refine processes to drive continuous improvement, ensuring the marketing team operates with increasing efficiency and clarity, without reliance on the insights function.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing operations, marketing project management, or campaign enablement roles, preferably in a B2B/B2C SaaS or tech environment.
  • Process-driven: proven experience creating project plans, workflows, trackers, and templates that help teams stay organized and deliver on time.
  • Collaboration skills: strong ability to coordinate and align cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient execution.
