Are you a customer-centric and data-driven email marketer with a passion for personalization? Reporting to the CRM Marketing Manager, you will execute all CRM email marketing initiatives, including acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of email campaigns; content planning, scheduling, copy and asset coordination, quality control, reporting and liaising with internal and external partners.

About the Role
- Responsible for day-to-day coordination and execution of CRM email marketing initiatives.
- Manage email calendar and maintain CRM campaign documentation.
- Assist in content planning including selecting themes, content and offers to deliver engaging and customer-focused email campaigns.
- Coordinate project deliverables (promotion details, content, copy, assets, inventory) and manage timelines to meet email deployment dates.
- Assess email creative design and proofread copy to ensure relevant and customer-centric communication.
- Conduct quality control for all campaigns including reviewing email proofs & target audiences, validating links & corresponding web content and ensuring inventory availability.
- Liaise with internal & external partners including Marketing, e-Commerce, Category, Content Team, Creative Studio, Customer Service, Customer Intelligence, CRM agency and CRM technology provider.
- Track campaign results (including UTM code generation), produce regular email reporting (including weekly CRM dashboard) and prepare results slides for various presentations.
- Brief Customer Service team regarding upcoming CRM campaigns and investigate related customer inquiries and escalations.
- Track CRM expenses and use File Maker Pro to create dockets and work orders.
About You
- 2-3 years' experience in B2C email marketing or lifecycle management, including personalization and omni-channel customer journeys.
- Experience with CRM & marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud (Journey Optimizer, Target, Experience Manager), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud/Eloqua, etc.
- Related post-secondary education would be an asset.
- Proficient in software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Power BI and Filemaker Pro is an asset.
- Experience evaluating creative and copy and providing feedback to creative teams including external agencies.
- Experience with budget tracking and variance reporting.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Bilingualism (French) is preferred.
- Superior project management and organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical, proof reading and copywriting experience an asset.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully manage cross-departmental relationships.
