    Job Overview

    The Marketing Coordinator Product Pipeline supports the Sr Manager Product Pipeline in executing various marketing initiatives. This role supports product development from concept to launch by maintaining schedules, documentation, and communication between stakeholders. Primary areas of responsibility include project managing new product initiatives through data collection and consumer feedback. This role will also assist in analyzing market research, competitive insights, and consumer trends, to help guide product strategies that meet evolving consumer needs.  The Marketing Coordinator will also support aspects of the annual marketing calendar development alongside the Sr Manager Calendar Development.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    Product Pipeline Support and Calendar Development

    • Working closely with the Senior Manager of Product Pipeline, the coordinator will play an active role in supporting new product development from concept to launch.
    • Monitor and update product development timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Maintain accurate records of product status within the pipeline.
    • Execute market research: develop timelines and manage all aspects of product validation, working cross-functionally to ensure all processes are adhered to.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify barriers and solutions to meet project timelines
    • Proactively stay informed about competitive activity and provide timely updates on market trends.
    • Support data collection and consumer feedback on new product initiatives.
    • Work with the business analytics team to draw insights from data and monitor and report on new product rollouts.
    • Assist with written and verbal communications to outside vendors and key stakeholders internally to keep projects on timelines
    • Assist the Sr. Manager of Calendar Development in calendarizing new products as needed.

    The Canadian national hourly range for this position is CAD $32.62 - $35.83.  The range displayed reflects the targeted hiring range for the same positions across all Canadian locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, work location, and education or experience.

    Qualifications

    Education/ Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing or project coordination (can be a combination of internship and entry-level roles).
    • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environment.
    • Ability to think strategically with a curiosity to grow and learn in a dynamic fast-moving work environment
    • Ability to create strong working relationships and work cross-functionally and effectively with teammates.  
    • University degree, preferably in Communications or Marketing, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
    • Bilingual in written and spoken French is a strong asset.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with a variety of audiences.
    • Well organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Self-motivated; keeps pace with changing expectations
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Additional Information

    Work Environment:

    Most positions located out of our corporate office in Burlington, Ontario will work a hybrid work schedule where you will work 3 collaboration days a week.  Additional in office time may be required to support team/project needs.
