Scribendi is seeking a Marketing Communications Lead to own and drive our external communications strategy across content, campaigns, and digital channels. Working closely with cross-functional partners, this role shapes clear, compelling messaging that cuts through a highly competitive and rapidly evolving landscape, strengthens our brand narrative, and supports pipeline growth.

What you will do
  • Own brand voice across all external, customer-facing channel.
  • Execute day-to-day marketing communications across social, email, community, and campaign channels
  • Translate content and strategy into clear, channel-ready messaging and formats
  • Manage the communications calendar, publishing cadence, and campaign execution
  • Lead PR, influencer, affiliate, and partner communications initiatives
  • Support product launches and announcements with coordinated multichannel messaging
  • Collaborate closely with Content, Growth, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure message alignment
  • Test and refine messaging, formats, and narratives using performance insights
  • Track and report on core communications metrics to inform ongoing improvements

Requirements
  • A degree or postgraduate certificate in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, content distribution, or a related role.
  • Proven experience owning a brand voice and ensuring consistency across channels and campaigns
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and formats
  • Experience executing direct customer communications across social, email, and community channels
  • Comfortable translating strategic messaging into clear, channel-ready execution
  • Comfortable representing a brand on camera (webinars, interviews, short-form video)
  • Highly organized, strong planning and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Data informed, with experience using performance insights to refine messaging and communications execution
  • Confident collaborating cross-functionally with Content, Growth, Product, and Leadership teams
  • Proactive, accountable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with PR, earned media, influencer, affiliate, or partner communications
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
