FreeBalance is seeking a communications professional to help manage its global marketing and communications department. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving and dynamic environment and is ready to work closely with distributed global, regional and local teams to prepare customer-centric content.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with the corporate marketing team to ensure core messaging and positioning
  • Create regional and local sales and marketing collateral (overviews, case studies, whitepapers, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent and proper use of the FreeBalance brand and related assets throughout the region
  •  Brand messaging and media relations
  • Analyzes marketing and promotional needs, and designs and implements marketing communications strategies that support objectives.
  • Drafts marketing communications, including promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochures
  • Internal communications strategy
  • Event coordination

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary/university degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing or marketing communications (think content creation, product marketing, sales support, messaging, positioning, etc.)
  • Exceptional verbal and oral communication and presentation skills 
  • Willingness to travel internationally
