As a Marketing Communications Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting B2B initiatives across Wealth Management and Business Development. You will contribute to the creation of strategic content, the production of videos and podcasts, and the deployment of a content strategy designed to showcase our internal expertise and investment solutions across all distribution networks. You’ll work with several teams, including Desjardins Global Asset Management (DGAM) and Responsible Investment (RI), to transform their expertise into clear, engaging and brand-friendly content. You will thrive in a dynamic, bilingual financial environment where creativity, editorial rigor and speed of execution are essential. More specifically, you will be required to :

1. B2B Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Produce and update marketing content (FR/EN): presentations, brochures, pitch materials, emails, LinkedIn posts, narratives and technical content related to products and internal expertise.

  • Adapt and position messages about investment products for business development audiences  to ensure consistency, clarity and relevance.

  • Integrate storytelling elements into presentations, training materials and event content.

  • Update and optimize B2B tools,  especially for Desjardins Global Asset Management (DGAM) and Responsible Investment (RI).

  • Use engagement data (Web, email, LinkedIn) to improve content performance and impact.

  • Work closely with the DGAM, RI, Product, Sales, and Compliance teams, and with our external partners.

2. Content Strategy, Video & Podcast – Full Production Cycle

  • Help define and implement a multiplatform content strategy to showcase our expertise and investment solutions.

  • Help produce corporate videos and podcasts:

  • Pre production: briefs, scripts, storyboarding, selecting and preparing guest speakers .

  • Production: supervising filming/recording in alignment with brand standards.

  • Post production: reviewing edits, visual branding, subtitles, FR/EN versions.

  • Build and manage a library of reusable content (educational capsules, video excerpts, short form content).

  • Deploy content across internal and external channels (Web, SharePoint, events, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Ensure editorial quality, visual consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field

  • A minimum of four years of experience in B2B marketing/communications or corporate communications requiring creativity, autonomy, structured thinking and strong editorial rigor

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Experience with video/podcast production (pre production → production → distribution)

  • Experience with explaining financial content and investment products

  • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec

  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

  • Expertise in writing in French and English

  • Expertise in collaborating with multiple stakeholders (DGAM, Marketing, Product, Studio, Compliance).

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365
