Job Summary

This is a pivotal, cross-functional role that will shape pricing strategies, drive customer-focused programs, and help guide product portfolio decisions. This position is embedded in the commercial and operational aspects of our HVACR business Unit—interfacing across departments and helping connect the dots between opportunity and execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics.

• Own the structure and performance of customer-facing programs—such as incentives, stocking, loyalty, and growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales to identify and evaluate portfolio expansion opportunities.

• Analyze customer data and market trends to provide strategic input to sales and product development.

• Act as a commercial liaison between internal stakeholders (supply chain, operations, sales) and external customers.

• Support and influence cross-functional teams with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to align around strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results

• Develop go-to-market strategies that support long-term growth and profitability, balancing customer needs with internal capabilities.

• Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of programs, pricing and product initiatives.

• Create compelling business cases and communicate performance results and opportunities to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance; MBA preferred

• 2–5 years of related experience (manufacturing or HVACR-related industry is a plus)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic actionable insights

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities

• Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams

• Comfortable navigating complex projects with many stakeholders

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
