The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the editorial strategy, ensuring all content is high-quality, relevant and engaging. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about storytelling and reporting.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive editorial strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with writers, journalists, and contributors to create high-quality editorial content.
  • Identify emerging trends and topics relevant to our industries to keep content fresh and forward-thinking.
  • Ensure editorial standards of accuracy, tone, and style are upheld across all publications.
  • Work closely with marketing and audience development teams to maximize content reach and engagement.
  • Analyze audience insights and performance metrics to continuously refine editorial approaches.
  • Writing for the publication
  • Manage a small global team. 

 

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B journalism.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
  • Deep understanding of B2B reporting and digital publishing trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Passion for storytelling and a strong sense of what makes compelling content.
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Flexibility to work hours outside of standard 9-5

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000–$110,000 CAD per year, depending on skills and experience, plus additional group benefits.
