We are looking for Managers

As a Manager, you will work across a range of teams to establish and deliver projects, including by engaging clients and their stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing deliverables across a range of formats that distil analysis into clear and compelling recommendations for clients. This role includes managing small- to medium-sized projects, developing and managing relationships with clients, providing thought leadership, supporting and enabling high-achieving project teams, and actively developing the capability of your colleagues.

 You are

  • Enthusiastic and curious about working across a wide range of service lines and sectors, and continually learning new subject matters and skills on the job.

And the practical experience:

  • 5+ years of work experience in a professional
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including structured thinking and intellectual flexibility
  • Robust interpersonal skills including the ability to navigate uncertain environments with clients and colleagues, provide and respond to feedback, and organise and manage teams.
  • Relevant experience within Nous' areas of focus such as education, Defence, financial services, health & ageing, human services, central & economic agencies, and government.
