JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead our Transfer In Operations teams. In this role, you will ensure that our team's performance meets or exceeds industry, regulatory, and company standards. You will manage team operations, address escalations and provide regular status updates to upper management, with a focus on developing and training staff.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead and manage the Transfer Operations teams, including ATON and Non-ATON Transfers, ensuring high standards of service, innovation, and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and delegate responsibilities to team managers, ensuring that all processes adhere to established regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training, coaching, and recognition to team members, fostering a collaborative environment and planning for succession.
  • Oversee complex, exception-based deliverables to ensure quality control, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of new technology solutions, processes, and procedures to enhance service timeliness, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. Provide feedback and guidance to managers on these initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience; or high school diploma with 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in securities, transfer operations, or a related technology sector.
  • Proven experience in financial operations, project management, vendor management, analysis, and risk control for a minimum of 7 years.
  • Strong leadership experience, both direct and indirect, for at least 5 years.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt to new technologies and system enhancements.
  • Demonstrated support for a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, focusing on procedural enhancements.
