We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Talent Operations Manager to join our People team. This role will continue to evolve our recruiting function with a focus on building a scalable, data-driven engine that directly supports EvenUp's ambitious growth targets. You will own the systems, processes, and data insights that govern our entire talent lifecycle, ensuring operational efficiency and a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires a strong foundation in program management, a bias toward data-driven decision-making, and proven experience in scaling a recruiting organization. You will also manage and develop a team of talent coordinators & TA Ops specialists, helping us build the future of talent at EvenUp.

This role can be based in SF, Toronto, or be US-Remote.

What you'll do:
  • Drive a Data-Driven Recruiting Culture: Own the integrity, analysis, and interpretation of all recruiting data. Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), translating data into actionable strategic insights for the Recruiting and Executive teams.

  • Scale Our Operational Infrastructure: Design, document, and implement scalable, standardized global recruiting workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Proactively identify and remediate bottlenecks to ensure our processes support hyper-growth.

  • System & Program Management: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all recruiting technologies (Ashby, Metaview, LinkedIn, Juicebox, etc.), driving their evaluation, integration, and maximum optimization to enhance operational efficiency. Drive key initiatives for the talent team with company-wide impact.

  • Lead and Develop the Operations Team: Directly manage and mentor a team of Recruiting Coordinators & TA Operations Specialists, overseeing their daily execution and fostering their professional growth.

What we look for:
  • 5+ years of experience in an Operations-focused role, with at least 3+ years specifically in Recruiting/Talent Operations within a high-growth environment.

  • 2+ years of direct people management experience (managing coordinators or operations specialists.)

  • Proven success in scaling a recruiting organization through process and system implementation & configuration during periods of significant company growth. Bonus points for experience with Ashby!

  • Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and building dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, etc.)

  • Expertise in program management with a track record of driving complex TA focused, cross-functional projects to successful completion
