We are seeking a Commercial Excellence Lead to manage and drive the financial performance of a key strategic account. This role will be responsible for overseeing account-level financials, ensuring strong revenue and margin performance, managing Statements of Work (SoWs), and providing actionable financial insights across business units and domains.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, engaging with both internal teams and client stakeholders, and translating financial data into meaningful business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end account-level financial performance, including revenue, margins, growth, and identification of financial leakages.
  • Track, analyze, and govern key financial metrics to ensure sustained financial health, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Conduct multi-dimensional financial analysis across business towers, domains, service lines, and other revenue and margin segments.
  • Identify and proactively manage financial risks, trends, and growth opportunities impacting account profitability.
  • Lead Statement of Work (SoW) governance, ensuring financial accuracy, scope alignment, and commercial compliance.
  • Partner closely with delivery, sales, and finance teams to enforce commercial rigor and financial discipline across the account.
  • Support pricing strategy, forecasting, and margin optimization initiatives to drive sustainable profitability.
  • Prepare and present actionable financial insights and performance reports to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related financial and commercial discussions.

Requirements
  • 7–12 years of relevant professional experience in commercial finance, account finance, or related roles.
  • Strong grasp of core financial fundamentals, including revenue, margins, growth metrics, cost structures, and identification of financial leakages.
  • Proven experience managing account-level and/or project-level financials in a services-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across senior internal and client-facing stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and translate insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and finance.
  • High attention to detail, coupled with a strong ownership and accountability mindset.
