About This Opportunity:


The Manager, Solutions Consulting (Enterprise) reports into the Global Director of Solutions Consulting.


This integral team member is a leader for our Solutions Consulting team and provides coaching and mentorship of Solution Consultants around demo delivery, proof of concepts, technical feasibility of the proposed solution, and subject matter expertise for our product suite. It is important that one has a strong customer centric mentality and genuine curiosity for the breadth of the customers’ real business challenges, along with the ability to match our growing solution portfolio to solve them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team of Solution Consultants who are measured against ARR attainment
  • Support responsibilities such as recruiting, hiring, conducting team meetings and calls, compensation planning, etc.
  • Support the performance management process with the Solutions Consulting team including activities such as goal planning, professional development, and annual reviews. Responsible for team motivation, retention, and career planning
  • Quarterly review the achievements of each team member and review / validate their variable compensation
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members
  • Work closely with sales management peers around deal strategy, progression, prioritization, and resourcing
  • Assist with development of technical training and enablement of Solutions Engineering team
  • Refine and develop processes and approach in the Enterprise Solutions Consulting segment
  • Collaborate with other cross functional teams such as Proposals, Product, Partnerships and CX to ensure we have a successful customer journey and sales cycle

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, pre-sales or equivalent management experience in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Learning Technology or HCM technology experience is an asset.
  • Experience selling into organizations with 5000+ employees.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Business acumen, ability to deal with conflict and resolve appropriately
  • Well versed with sales processes as it relates to pre-sales and solution selling
  • Strong leadership, communication, prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC is an asset
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is an asset
  • Ability to travel to United States and Canada

An added bonus if you have:

  • Experience within Technology Risk Management, Compliance, and Information Security
  • Experience with compliance frameworks and federal security standards like FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, SOC2, ISO 27001, RMF
  • Working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 concerning cloud technologies, architectures, and services
  • Experience performing FedRAMP assessments, authorization, and continuous monitoring (ConMon) of cloud service offerings
