The Supply Chain team is a close-knit group of enthusiastic, collaborative and results-driven professionals. Our goal is to translate the site master plan into shop floor execution. The Schedulers play a critical role on site, often acting as the bridge between varieties of stakeholders to ensure our operations stay on track.

This position supports B92 Media, Washing and Sterilizing (MWS), and works closely with operations, R&D, technical services, quality and supply chain to achieve best in class operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and support for both B92 Viral Media as well as Washing & Sterilizing, following the Supply Plan

  • Key material planning: B100 powder dispensing and B92 ALPO supply

  • Optimize schedules to maximize capacity and reduce downtime

  • Engage with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer needs, proposed schedules and prioritization

  • Lead weekly scheduling and flow control meetings

  • Track and achieve key KPIs (e.g. batch readiness, schedule adherence, production plan adherence, cycle time)

  • Own and maintain SAP master data related to B92 MWS

  • Other tasks as directed (project support, scenario and data analysis, continuous improvement initiatives)

About You

Minimum Requirements

  • Community College or University graduate

  • 1 year+ established experience in a pharma or GMP environment or direct production scheduling experience

Preferred Requirements

  • APICS certification preferred

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, with focus on MRP

  • Experience with ERP (SAP preferred)

  • Proven analytical and Excel skills

  • Ability to articulate issues and communicate at all levels

  • Attention to detail, team player, results-oriented, customer-focused

  • Project management experience is an asset

The salary range for this position is:

$69,200.00 - $100,000.00

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
