• The CoE team is growing and looking for a business-minded Salesforce Technical Manager who can act as a Project Manager for SF Innovations, PoCs, low to medium complex Salesforce.com implementations. The successful candidate will work closely with business partners and other IT teams to manage deliveries and people. The candidate will need to lead group of salesforce developers, manage their growth and development alongside managing Salesforce Innovation and project deliveries.

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years of industry experience working with enterprise application design/development teams, including 5+ years in Salesforce.com development/ consulting and 3+ years of people management
• Detailed experience working with the Salesforce platform - including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• Ability to give expert advice and articulate complex ideas and solutions using a variety of media and tools to senior technical and business stakeholders and executives
• Strong communication skills  (written and verbal) to express ideas, thoughts and questions so that it can be understood by various audiences and meets the customers' needs
• Good leadership, planning and consulting skills (business and technical)
