Position Summary

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in equipping our sales team with the knowledge, tools, and processes needed to drive success. You will implement and standardize a best-in-class Value Selling methodology, becoming an expert in our products to empower a high-performing sales organization.

  • Develop and deliver resources, training programs, and event planning initiatives.
  • Manage sales enablement partners and optimize existing programs.
  • Support three key sales team objectives:
    • Effective New Hire Onboarding
    • Efficient New Hire Ramp-Up
    • Optimized Sales Proficiency and Key KPI’s for the Sales Team

You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, product marketing, compliance, customer onboarding, and sales operations to ensure alignment between enablement initiatives and business goals. This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations and Enablement.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Enablement Partners, ensuring alignment with sales goals and driving execution of enablement initiatives.
  • Design, schedule, and facilitate weekly sales meetings and training sessions (e.g., new prospecting tools, sales processes).
  • Develop and maintain training on sales playbooks, other training materials, and content to reinforce best practices.
  • Evaluate the current Sales Enablement Program and recommend improvements.
  • Scale and optimize all training initiatives to support the growing sales team.
  • Oversee the administration of sales enablement tools (content management, proficiency tracking, continuing education).
  • Analyze enablement data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and drive improvements.

About you 

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or sales enablement role, with 2+ years of direct management experience 
  • Strong knowledge of Challenger Sales, Sandler Sales Methodology, and Value-Based Selling.
  • Hands-on approach—comfortable coaching reps, listening to calls, and providing real-time feedback.
  • Exceptional presentation, training, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into digestible, actionable learning modules.
  • Proven experience in organizing large sales events, running training sessions, and managing virtual conferencing tools.
  • Passionate, inspirational, and eager to build and support a high-performing sales organization.
