Manager, Risk Transformation-Training & Change Management

Overview
The Mastercard Risk Transformation Team is looking for a Manager, Risk Transformation-Training & Change Management to support and enable our risk aware business culture strategy. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses a customer focused mindset.
Role
In this role, you will support the risk culture transformation strategy that encourages transparency, decisioning, ongoing management, and recovery of risks. You’ll collaboratively work across various functions and stakeholders to develop, implement and improve the risk culture:
-Create engaging training materials, tailored to different employee levels and departments, including presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and communication campaigns
-Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops to educate employees on risk management terminology, principles and operating model
-Develop clear communication strategies to disseminate risk information and updates to key areas of the organization
-Track the effectiveness of the risk awareness program through post-training assessments, feedback surveys, and incident insights
-Regularly review and update training materials and program content based on changing business needs and emerging risks
-Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and adjust the risk awareness program accordingly

-Self-starter with well-developed interpersonal and influence skills
-Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies
-Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex risk information
-Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
-Sound project management skills to plan and execute the risk awareness program effectively
-Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
-Stakeholder management expertise to collaborate with different departments and leadership levels
-Practical experience with survey design, build and analysis, including using tools such as Qualtrics
