About the Role

ROLLER is seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role supports ROLLER’s growth by translating GTM strategy into operational plans, disciplined execution, and actionable insights.You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leaders to support forecasting, planning, and GTM initiatives. Acting as a key partner to Finance and Sales leadership, you will help ensure alignment between revenue targets, capacity, and performance tracking.

What You’ll Do
  • Support execution of ROLLER’s GTM strategy across segments, regions, and channels.
  • Own day-to-day sales forecasting operations, including pipeline hygiene and variance analysis.
  • Partner with Finance on revenue planning, budgeting, and forecast alignment.
  • Support territory design, coverage analysis, and capacity planning.
  • Assist with sales compensation and incentive plan modeling and administration.
  • Drive execution of cross-functional GTM initiatives such as outbound scaling and integrated campaigns.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for GTM performance.
  • Support Salesforce enhancements and GTM process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations,
  • FP&A, or SaaS GTM roles, with prior experience in Strategy Consulting and/or Investment Banking strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Experience supporting territory design, capacity planning, and compensation modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and partner cross-functionally.
