What You’ll Do:
- Own KPI management and insight generation for regular pricing, translating data into actionable strategies.
- Be the architect of our regular price governance, ensuring our pricing strategies deliver measurable results and keep us ahead in a competitive market.
- Lead the charge in automating reporting and governance processes, freeing your team to focus on strategic analysis and continuous improvement.
- Partner with teams across Pricing Strategy, Customer Centric Growth, Merchandising, FP\&A, and more—building relationships that drive enterprise-wide success.
- Work closely with VP+ leaders, presenting insights and recommendations that shape our business direction.
- Ensure robust governance and compliance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Lead the Price Assurance Deals (PAD) process, optimizing workflows and educating stakeholders on margin and inventory implications.
- Drive automation initiatives, from requirements gathering to user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet evolving business needs.
- Maintain and enhance SOPs, training materials, and best practices for sustainable operations.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
Proven success in pricing, analytics, or governance roles within fast-paced environments.
Experience leading automation projects and process optimization (KNIME or similar tools a plus).
Exceptional analytical, technical, and communication skills—able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Calm under pressure, decisive, and adaptable in the face of ambiguity.
Track record of building positive team culture and collaborating across functions.

Our typical hiring range is between $79,000 and $131,000 Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
