What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and mentor a hands-on engineering team focused on reusable libraries and platform enablement
Hire and develop technical talent; conduct one-on-ones, goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews
Collaborate with product, architects, QA, and other engineering teams to plan and execute software delivery
Drive adoption of modern technologies, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
Oversee roadmaps, budgets, and team capacity planning while managing escalations and Level 4 support
Champion secure application development and compliance in a regulated environment
Develop change management strategies and clarity in solution design to reduce cross-team friction
Continuously evaluate engineering tools, promote best practices, and improve developer productivity
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience, including team leadership
Proven ability to deliver scalable software in agile, cloud-based environments
Expertise in .NET, Angular, Postgres, SQL Server, and/or Oracle
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Strong communicator with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams
Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex technical issues
Based in or able to work from the United States (remote/hybrid/on-site)
