Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

As a Manager, Project Management I, you'll lead a team of Project Managers and Associate Project Managers working on implementation projects from concept to completion. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee project execution and foster a culture of continuous improvement and team engagement.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director, Customer Service Management - Customer Experience

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Inspire, develop, manage and measure staff through example, formal coaching, preparation and delivery of performance reviews, promoting a positive and engaged culture.

  • Oversee project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, vendors and contractual deliverables and ensure Service level agreements are met and they are following budgets and Moneris standards.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritize and develop projects, while monitoring key performance metrics for operational efficiency.

  • Be an escalation point in daily operations, tracking risk metrics and keeping projects on track regarding scope, budget and timelines.

  • Drive the design of operations support and service model across all projects.

  • Manage proactive process reviews, recommending and implementing ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to procedures to support and enhance services provided.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a project management, business analyst, or relevant role;

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership / people management role and expresses passion and ability to inspire others

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills
