Overview:
Today's digital economy is delivering more choice not only in how we pay, but when. Installment payments, also known as buy now, pay later, gives people the power and flexibility to purchase what they need when they need it, and to pay for it over time. That gives consumers the ability to budget and plan for purchases more responsibly, with minimal friction - no paperwork and a near-instant decision.
To meet the growing consumer demand for flexible payments, Mastercard has a comprehensive suite/line of Installments solutions which allow issuers, fintechs, wallets, BNPL providers, and other licensed lenders to provide consumer-centric installments offers leveraging both existing and new credit lines.
Mastercard Installments product suite is comprised of BNPL programs which can be offered across the Mastercard network, as well as installments solutions for existing credit lines leveraging Mastercard Installments Payment Services, a modern API-based solution. All solutions enable more choice for consumers who are turning to installment financing as a helpful financial management/budgeting tool.
Role:
• Support the Director and stakeholders in shaping product design and roadmap decisions by providing market / CX research insights.
• Support sales opportunities, leading product & use case demonstration and tech/solutioning discussions with Customer.
• Oversee customer lifecycle activities including onboarding, delivery and on-going management of commercially live programs and partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering to ensure delivery of services with updates to product documentations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on product progress and performance
All About You:
• 3-5 years of experience in product management and business development functions, preferably in Consumer payments domain
• Strong communication and client presentation skills - ability to concisely communicate complex content in a simple, logical and compelling manner
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with a focus on turning insights into actionable product improvements
• Ability to navigate, influence and gain-buy in from key decision makers and other stakeholders to meet business objectives
• Effective problem solver, identifying and mitigating risks, solving and / or escalating issues as appropriate

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Purchase, New York: $150,000 - $254,000 USD
