What will you be doing?
Lead and empower a team to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding member experiences.
Manage workflows, training, and compliance across personal finance operations.
Drive initiatives to reduce delinquency and support members through financial hardship.
Identify growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Personal Finance Solutions team to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding member service.
Oversee workflows, training, and resource allocation to maintain service levels and compliance.
Drive delinquency management strategies, including arrears control and hardship applications.
Identify growth opportunities within personal finance and enhance customer satisfaction through innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with Responsible Lending Obligations, AML/CTF, and KYC regulations.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to RAC Finance’s strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualification in credit management (Cert IV desirable).
Proven experience in personal finance, debt management, and retention strategies.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
In-depth knowledge of the National Credit Code, privacy legislation, and financial hardship processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
