The Paid Social Manager will oversee the execution of paid social media campaigns, manage budgets, and lead influencer marketing initiatives while collaborating with internal and client teams to optimize performance.
Your Impact
As Paid Social Manager, you will be the day-to-day steward of paid social. You will be responsible for management and execution of paid social media campaigns. This includes responsibility for paid social boosting strategy, campaign development, activation, and innovation. The ideal candidate will be ambitious with an expansive mind for approaching projects strategically, practically, and zealously.
The Paid Social Manager will demonstrate expertise across all social platforms including Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others to continuously provide clients with best practices and recommendations for success.
What you will be doing
- Be responsible for spearheading paid social execution, including influencer marketing.
- Be accountable for the delivery of all projects to agreed deadlines
- Provide oversight of campaign implementation including traffic, QA, and other campaign related social media documentsLead strategic influencer partnerships, while leading the team through whitelisting/boosting processes
- Be accountable for pacing, bid adjustments, optimizations and managing account budgets
- Serve as main point of contact for social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and third-party partners
- Liaise with other channel leads, creative, media planning, and account teams
- Engage with internal and client social media teams for visibility, insight, and ability to leverage content development, content calendars and scheduled posts
- Build strong relationships across client services team and with client
- Lead meetings and monthly reporting calls as needed
- Assist in providing social media expertise on new business pitches upon request
Who you are
- 5 years of hands on keys Paid Social experience (Experience with CPG/Food & Beverage would be an asset).
- Experience in influencer marketing
- Complete mastery of social platforms and third-party tools, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and more
- Passion for social media and extensive knowledge of emerging media technology and platforms
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledgeComfort and strength in data aggregation, manipulation, and analysis
- Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment
- Strong project and resource management skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Experience working with financial data and budgets
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Solid writing skills, for both client facing communications and to summarize insights in a concise manner
