What you'll do

  • Strategy & Planning:

    Develop and execute the in-store mobility roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals. Identify emerging technologies and trends to keep the organization at the forefront of retail mobility solutions.

  • Technology Implementation:

    Oversee deployment and maintenance of mobile devices, applications, and connectivity solutions across stores. Ensure integration with POS, inventory, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

  • Operational Excellence:

    Establish best practices for device management, security, and compliance. Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.

  • Collaboration & Leadership:

    Partner with IT, store operations, and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions. Lead and mentor a team of mobility specialists and support staff.

  • Customer & Associate Experience:

    Drive initiatives that improve associate productivity and enhance customer interactions through mobile tools. Gather feedback from stores to continuously improve usability and functionality.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in retail technology or mobility solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of mobile device management (MDM), wireless networking, and retail systems integration.

  • Excellent project management and vendor management skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with iOS/Android enterprise deployments.

  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.

  • Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards (PCI, GDPR).
